September 6th, 2011

Normally this caused by you moving the accessories folder to other place ,or the f older was removed or hided accidentally.Anyway, pls see if the below step could help you to get the missing accessories folder back to start menu

1.Open Folder Options in Windows explorer ,and show hidden files

2.Then go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs ,If you can see accessories folder there, maybe it’s hidden, then you can go to up level, and right-click Programs and select Properties then clear the check box of hidden

3.If you cannot see accessories folder under the above path, maybe it was removed or moved the other place,in this case you can

a)If you know it was moved to other place, then search your computer to find it and move it back the to correct path

b)Copy the accessories folder from another computer

c) If system protection is turned on,you can right-click folder Programs ,click Properties and go to Previous Versions tab to restore your accessories folder
