		<description>I can connect to my office computer form my laptop sitting in my office next to the PC but when at home, I can&#039;t get the Remote Access to work.  I typed in the IP address of the office computer in the cputer name but still no luck.  I have the RA enabled on the office computer.  Any suggestions??</description>
