As you know,by default, Windows 7 displays ‘Shut down’ button on the Start menu.
But if you reboot your PC many times every day then you can change to Shut down button to Restart,to do it,just right-click the Start orb, select Properties
Then set the ‘Power boot action’ to ‘Restart’ ,then you will find the Restart button appears in the start menu.
How can you force a shutdown when Windows 7 freezes after closing the session, programs, services, etc but it does not shutdown (and/or restart).
