Customize start menu in Windows 7

In windows 7 ,you can customize your start menu can make it easier to find your favorite programs and folders and other items.

1.Right click on your Start button then click Properties.

2.Under Privacy ,you can choose if store and display recently opened programs in the start menu and if store and display recently opened items in the start menu and the taskbar

3. Click on the Customize

4.Now you can customize start menu how links ,icons,and menus look and behave on the Start menu.

Also you can change the number of recent programs to display and number of recent items to display in Jump lists.

And you can click Use Default Settings to to restore all settings to default.
